The National Integrated Group Pension Plan (NIGPP) is a nationwide pension plan that is governed by a Board of Trustees. It was first established in 1965 and has been in operation continuously since that date.
We wish to remind you that your “age” pension may start as early as age 65 (or age 62 with 30 benefit units, in some cases), once you are no longer working in employment for which contributions are being made to the Plan on your behalf (also known as “covered employment”). If you are not working in covered employment, have not begun to receive a benefit, and are age 62 or older, please contact the Administrative Agency to confirm your eligibility for benefits.
