Qualified Domestic Relations Orders
Domestic relations orders must adhere to certain guidelines as established by the National Integrated Group Pension Plan Board of Trustees. When preparing the order, we strongly recommend that the parties involved submit a draft order. When we are in receipt of the draft order, it will be submitted to our legal counsel for review to determine if the order is acceptable for qualification.
